let's try that again.

Well, we finally got the counteroffer last night around 11:00 pm, only 6 hours after we told them we needed. And it was crap. They weren't willing to budge on anything, plus since we had a contingency that said this all depended on our house's contract going through, they put a 48-hour kick-out clause on it. Which means, that unless it's only a few days from us closing on our current house, if they get a better offer, we'll lose the house. So, we're telling them to shove it. The house has been on the market 3 months with very few to no offers and they can just keep it on the market. Luckily there is another house that we've also been interested in, and financially is a better choice for us. So, we're putting an offer on it today. Let's hope she accepts it, and that if she does, she can be out in 22 days!
